Reporting
Reporting an Issue or a Crime
As with all villages, things sometimes don’t work or need attention. The Parish Council has limited powers in certain respects however we are able to support in some areas. Please see below a list of areas where we can help, and where we can’t, we have provided the most up to date contact information for you:
Services provided by the Parish Council:
- Grass cutting on the Recreation Ground, South Meadows Playground, newly acquired land in South Meadows and various verges in the parish.
- Maintenance of the Recreation Ground and South Meadows Playground.
- Street lighting: 100 lights in total.
- Lengthsman – Provides limited works on the highways in the parish.
As a consultee, the Parish Council may comment on planning applications within the parish, although planning decisions are the domain of Wychavon District Council (WDC). If parishioners would like to comment on planning applications, they are encouraged to respond directly to Wychavon District Council.
South Littleton Parish Council encourages parishioners to bring forward matters related to services provided by either Wychavon District Council or Worcestershire County Council.
The more complaints received directly by WDC and WCC, the more likely the issues will be speedily resolved. When filing a complaint to an authority (including the police) it is best to note the reference number.
